About EcomXentro

EcomXentro is an online marketplace offering products across categories including electronics, home & garden, kitchen, tools, beauty, and fashion. Some products are sold directly by EcomXentro, and others are sold and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers ("Sellers") featured on the Site. EcomXentro facilitates the marketplace but is not the manufacturer of most listed products.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and issue refunds where applicable.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors; EcomXentro does not store your full payment card details.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

Shipping

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, Seller, and destination, and will be provided at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

  • EcomXentro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., final sale or hygiene-restricted items such as certain beauty products).

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Some items sold by third-party Sellers may be subject to that Seller's specific return policy, which will be indicated on the product listing.

Third-Party Sellers

  • Products sold by Sellers on our marketplace are subject to the descriptions, pricing, and policies set by those Sellers, in addition to these Terms.

  • EcomXentro is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings provided by third-party Sellers, but we take reasonable steps to vet Sellers on our platform.

  • Any disputes regarding a Seller's product should first be directed to our customer support team, who will assist in resolving the issue.

User Conduct

  • When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without our permission.
